Erika Grimaldi will be the soprano soloist in three performances of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, taking place on July 28, August 1, and 4, 2024, in Riva del Garda, Padova, and Bassano del Grappa, respectively. Marco Angius will lead the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto and the Coro Lirico Veneto. She will be joined by mezzo-soprano Elmina Hasan, tenor Pierluigi D’Aloia, and baritone Markus Werba.

The Asti-born soprano has often performed Beethoven’s final masterpiece, most notably at the Arena di Verona and most recently on a Spanish tour in Alicante, Madrid, Barcelona, and Zaragoza.
