MARIA JOSÉ SIRI’S RICH SCHEDULE AT THE ARENA OF VERONA 2021, INCLUDING HER DEBUT AS SANTUZZA IN CAVALLERIA RUSTICANA

Maria José Siri enjoys a full calendar this summer at the Arena of Verona. First, starting July 2, she makes her debut as Santuzza in a new production of Cavalleria rusticana conducted by Marco Armiliato, sharing the stage with Murat Karahan /  Jusif Eyazov as Turiddu and Sebastian Catana / Ambrogio Maestri as Alfio. Then the Uruguayan soprano offers again her celebrated Aida in a production conducted by Diego Matheuz / Daniel Oren, and singing alongside Murat Karaha / Roberto Aronica / Jorge de Leon / Samuele Simoncini / Carlo Ventre as Radames, Olesya Petrova / Judit Kutasi as Amneris, Sebastian Catana / Amartushvin Enkhabat / Alberto Gazale / Ambrogio Maestri as Amonasro, and Rafał Siwek, Jongmin Park, Romano Dal Zovo / Giorgio Giuseppini as Ramfis. Finally, she will join Plácido Domingo in the “Gala Domingo Opera Night” led by Francesco Ivan Ciampa.
