Three concerts in a row for Pietari Inkinen and the Deutsche Radio Philharmonic: On November 7, they will perform Max Reger’s Variations and Fugue on a Theme by Beethoven, op. 86 (Orchestral version) and Sergey Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini for Piano and Orchestra, with the star soloist Anna Vinnitskaya. The following day and on November 9, Edward Elgar’s Variations on an Original Theme for Orchestra, op. 36, will be added to the program in Saarbrücken and Karlsruhe, respectively.
