Pietari Inkinen returns to Milan to conduct the Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali for three concerts: two on February 1 (at 10:00 am and 8:00 pm) and one on February 3. On the program Ludwig van Beethoven’s evergreen Symphony No. 3 in E flat major op. 55 “Heroic” as well as Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor op. 54 featuring soloist Giuseppe Albanese.

The Finnish maestro first conducted the Milanese orchestra in streaming in 2021, returning the following season with a concert centered on Bruckner.

Pietari Inkinen is scheduled to cross the Alps again on February 29 for a concert devoted to Prokofiev and Shostakovich at the Teatro Comunale Bologna.
