On December 4, 2022, Katrin Wundsam will take part in Eine Musikalische Schlittenfahrt, “A Musical Sleigh Ride”, with the Munich Symphony Orchestra led by Maestro Enrico Delamboye at the Isarphilharmonie in Munich. She will share the stage with soprano Sophia Brommer.

The soirée is an enjoyable toboggan ride through various countries and eras of music history and features old and new seasonal classics, including excerpts from Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, Tchaikovsky’s Sleeping Beauty, Handel’s Fireworks Music, Waldteufel’s The Ice Skaters and Anderson’s Sleigh Ride.

After this concert in Munich, Katrin Wundsam will head to Wiesbaden to start rehearsals for her much awaited double role as Witch and The Foreign Princess in a new production of Rusalka.
