On July 7, 2019 Sonya Yoncheva will perform a recital program titled Ad una stella at the Teatro Real in Madrid, accompanied by Antoine Palloc.

The recital program will include works by Verdi, Leoncavallo, Ruta, Tosti, Martucci, Tirindelli and Puccini. Ms. Yoncheva and Mr. Palloc have collaborated on numerous occasions, including concerts at the Monte Carlo Opera earlier this year and at the Rosey Concert Hall in November 2018.

Following this recital, Ms. Yoncheva will return to the Teatro Real in the 2019/20 season to reprise her celebrated portrayal of Imogene in Bellini’s Il pirata.
