Pietari Inkinen returns to the Teatro Comunale di Bologna on February 29, 2024, to conduct a concert of Russian music including Sergej Sergeevič Prokof’ev’s Symphony N0. 5 in B-flat major, op. 100, and Dmítrij Dmítrievič Šostakóvič’s Concerto n. 1 for cello and orchestra in E-flat major op. 107 with soloist Ettore Pagano.

Pietari Inkinen already conducted the Orchestra of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna in a highly successful February 2020 concert that included music by Respighi, Stravinsky and Beethoven, as well as in a concert at the Ravello Festival the previous summer.
