Pietari Inkinen starts his second season as the Music Director of the KBS Symphony Orchestra with a concert on January 28, 2023. The program of the concert includes Mahler’s Symphony N.5 in c# minor; in the first part of the program he will lead pianist Yekwon Sunwoo in Grieg’s Piano Concerto in a minor, op. 16.

This concert marks the opening of the orchestra’s 2023 season and takes place at the Seoul Arts Center.

This season, the Finnish conductor will return to Seoul to conduct the KBS Symphony Orchestra, which – founded in 1956, has since then been the representative orchestra in South Korea, in March, April and May.
