Pietari Inkinen embarks on a mini-tour of Korea with the KBS, of which he has been music director since January 2022.

On October 20, the Finnish maestro at the Busan Geumjeong Culture Hall will a program including Antonín Dvořák’s “Othello Overture”and Symphony No. 8 in G Major, op. 88, and Aram Khachaturian’s “Flute Concerto” with soloist Yubeen Kim. The same program will be repeated the following day at the Geojae Art Center Grang Hall.

On October 26 and 27, at the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall, Pietari Inkinen will conduct “Portrait of Autumn”, a program featuring William Walton’s Symphony No.1 in B flat minor, as well as Samuel Barber’s “Violin Concerto”, where he joins forces with violinist Gil Shaham.
