Vincenzo Milletarì inaugurates the 2023 edition of the Kissinger Sommer Festival on June 16, 2023, at the Max-Littmann-Saal, leading the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano in a concert entirely devoted to Italian opera, with soprano Carmela Remigio and tenor Freddie De Tommaso in arias and duets by Vincenzo Bellini, Gaetano Donizetti, Ruggero Leoncavallo, Giacomo Puccini, Gioachino Rossini, and Giuseppe Verdi.

In recent seasons, the Taranto-born conductor has conducted the prestigious Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano in two series of concerts, the latest one taking place just last March to rave reviews.

Vincenzo Milletarì’s summer engagements also include his much-awaited debut in Tosca at the Den Jyrske Opera Aarhus in July.
